Operation Hope will provide counseling seminars within CPI’s communities during the first quarter of the year with the goal of providing financial education and partnering with residents to establish individual budgets.
Operation Hope offers online sessions to residents as a means to improve personal credit and money management throughout the year. Residents, at will, will have the ability to schedule online check ins with counselors from Operation Hope to discuss budgets and money management strategies.
Operation Hope’s online dashboard will provide reporting including percentage of residents enrolled in the program and the impact of the financial education provided to residents (credit score changes, revolving debt and savings levels and resident goal achievements).

Residents will only qualify for hardship insurance after completing the in person first quarter financial education and budgeting seminar.
