He brings over a decade of experience in UX and digital marketing, including ten years in performance marketing across SEM, SEO, paid social, and CRO. His work centers on building high-performing acquisition systems and optimizing the full customer journey—from initial engagement through conversion—using data-driven insights, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled strategies. With a background in design and user experience, Michael applies a UX-driven approach to align brand, content, and conversion strategy. He also serves as an adjunct professor, teaching design thinking, user experience, and marketing strategy.
