Brad C. Scott

Brad C. manages the company’s due diligence, investor relations, and strategy. Brad has spent the previous 19 years on Wall Street with a specific focus in the Agency Mortgage-Backed Securities (“MBS”) trading product. Prior to the founding of CPI, Brad led the Fixed Rate Agency Mortgage Trading Desk at Morgan Stanley. Under his leadership, Morgan Stanley obtained a 30% market share and number one status across the major banking institutions. Brad was responsible for managing a balance sheet over $12 billion, producing annual revenue of approximately $200mm. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Brad’s list of accomplishments include running the Bear Stearns Pass-Thru trading desk before the age of 26, becoming one of the youngest Managing Directors at Bank of America by age 29, leading the Agency Mortgage business as well as co-heading the Interest Rates Trading Department at Royal Bank of Canada (“RBC”) and leading the Federal Purchase Program on behalf of PIMCO during the Federal Reserve’s initial round of quantitative easing in the midst of the “Great Recession”. Brad has been an active real estate investor since 2002 when he built his first spec home. Brad has developed numerous multifamily assets as well as spec luxury waterfront estates in South Florida. Brad acquired his first Manufactured Housing Community in 2015. Brad holds a degree in Economics with a minor in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Evan Bernstein

Evan oversees the company’s acquisition strategy, deal sourcing, underwriting, management, marketing, and operations. Prior to founding CPI, Evan spent three years trading Agency Mortgage-Backed Securities at Morgan Stanley with a specific focus on trading and managing a ~$7 billion balance sheet of mortgage securities and TBAs through challenging market cycles. While trading, Evan developed key client relationships with government agencies, hedge funds, money managers, and bank portfolios. Evan also spent a year in wealth management fixed income credit research focusing on utility sector credit names. Evan has experience in investing in retail commercial real estate and ground up luxury spec home developments as well as public REIT investments and analysis. Evan graduated from Bucknell University’s Management School where he started the school’s investment club and participated on the varsity lacrosse team.

Nick Tambakis

Nick is a real estate executive with more than 18 years of experience including ownership, acquisitions, dispositions, equity placement, debt financing and management of multiple classes of assets ranging from industrial and commercial / suburban office to manufactured housing/RV resorts and traditional multifamily apartments. Prior to joining Castle Park, Nick partnered with Sightway Capital, a Two Sigma Company, to structure a manufactured housing real estate investment platform. Nick acted as President and employee number 1 and was responsible for all aspects of the business. This included Acquisitions pipeline (developed a $500mm pipeline in 12mos), negotiation of contracts, due diligence, asset specific business planning as well as debt financing and third-party capital interface. Before Sightway, Nick was a C suite level executive with three mid-sized real estate investment companies where he led more than $850mm of real estate acquisitions, refinancing, and dispositions. This also included oversight of approximately 60 FTEs. For the past 10 years Nick has focused on Manufactured Housing. In total, Nick has led originations, operations and financing of ~9,500 spaces and $370mm of notional value in the MH/RV Space. Nick has strong operational skills, deep industry relationships with the proven ability to source proprietary deals.

Alexander vonFischer, CPA

Alex brings 10+ years of accounting and finance experience to Castle Park with extensive experience in acquisitions, debt financing, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling. Prior to joining Castle Park, Alex was the Vice President of Finance at Zieben Group, a real estate developer with a portfolio of $500MM+ in assets, specializing in affordable housing. At Zieben Group, he completed $125MM+ in acquisitions, $80MM+ in dispositions, and $275MM+ in debt financing. On top of overseeing the preparation of monthly GAAP financial statements for various stakeholders and lenders, Alex led the asset management function by monitoring occupancy, expense loads, debt service coverage ratios, and rehab projects. Additionally, Alex specializes in corporate tax strategy by determining the optimal organizational structure, along with the use of opportunity zones, nonprofits, and various types of trusts. Alex completed his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bryant University and holds an active CPA license.

Ashley Skeeters

Having earned a BA in Philosophy & Management at Valparaiso University Ashley focused on creating a foundation of analytical thinking and business management that was transferable to any industry. With over 15+ years of experience elevating brands, streamlining operational excellence, and building world- class teams Ashley has evolved throughout her career in hospitality operations. Prior to joining CPI Ashley led operations for a privately held RV Portfolio merging a confluence of past experiences, overseeing a 2000+ site portfolio, platform development, and operational diligence. During her tenure she created a roadmap powered by data-driven insight, brand awareness and operational efficiencies. The key to her success in any role isn’t just about managing assets but creating a culture of performance, driving operational revenue, ensuring guest satisfaction, and forming synergistic partnerships with industry leaders. Her future at CPI fosters the objective of unceasing growth; a testimony to the dedication to exceeding business objectives, fostering high-performing cultures, and ensuring that the world of RV Resorts remains innovative, guest-centric, and financially robust.

Andrew Finnegan

Andrew supports Castle Park’s acquisitions and asset management teams. Andrew joined Castle Park from Eastdil Secured in NYC where he advised institutional clients on the sale of manufactured housing, self-storage, and other alternative real estate assets across the United States. Andrew works out of the New York City office and outside of work enjoys running and cycling.

Elizabeth Anne Spiegel

Elizabeth is our Regional Support Specialist at Castle Park, bringing her expertise from years in property management with UDR. She is dedicated to optimizing operations and mentoring teams to achieve peak performance across the portfolio. She is passionate about delivering top-notch service by elevating the overall experience and making a positive impact to drive business success.

Kutay Gozalan

Kutay supports Castle Park’s acquisitions and asset management teams. Kutay joined Castle Park directly after his graduate studies at Columbia University. Kutay tailors machine learning and business intelligence pipelines to enhance Castle Park’s due diligence, acquisitions and asset management processes. Kutay aims to leverage data in the real estate landscape for Castle Park and its affiliates. Kutay works out of the New York City office and outside of work enjoys playing basketball and going to the theatre.
