Brad C. Scott
CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
Brad C. manages the company’s due diligence, investor relations, and strategy. Brad has spent the previous 19 years on Wall Street with a specific focus in the Agency Mortgage-Backed Securities (“MBS”) trading product. Prior to the founding of CPI, Brad led the Fixed Rate Agency Mortgage Trading Desk at Morgan Stanley. Under his leadership, Morgan Stanley obtained a 30% market share and number one status across the major banking institutions. Brad was responsible for managing a balance sheet over $12 billion, producing annual revenue of approximately $200mm. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Brad’s list of accomplishments include running the Bear Stearns Pass-Thru trading desk before the age of 26, becoming one of the youngest Managing Directors at Bank of America by age 29, leading the Agency Mortgage business as well as co-heading the Interest Rates Trading Department at Royal Bank of Canada (“RBC”) and leading the Federal Purchase Program on behalf of PIMCO during the Federal Reserve's initial round of quantitative easing in the midst of the “Great Recession”. Brad has been an active real estate investor since 2002 when he built his first spec home. Brad has developed numerous multifamily assets as well as spec luxury waterfront estates in South Florida. Brad acquired his first Manufactured Housing Community in 2015. Brad holds a degree in Economics with a minor in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Evan Bernstein
CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
Evan oversees the company’s acquisition strategy, deal sourcing, underwriting, management, marketing, and operations. Prior to founding CPI, Evan spent three years trading Agency Mortgage-Backed Securities at Morgan Stanley with a specific focus on trading and managing a ~$7 billion balance sheet of mortgage securities and TBAs through challenging market cycles. While trading, Evan developed key client relationships with government agencies, hedge funds, money managers, and bank portfolios. Evan also spent a year in wealth management fixed income credit research focusing on utility sector credit names. Evan has experience in investing in retail commercial real estate and ground up luxury spec home developments as well as public REIT investments and analysis. Evan graduated from Bucknell University's Management School where he started the school’s investment club and participated on the varsity lacrosse team.

Nick Tambakis
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Nick is a real estate executive with more than 18 years of experience including ownership, acquisitions, dispositions, equity placement, debt financing and management of multiple classes of assets ranging from industrial and commercial / suburban office to manufactured housing/RV resorts and traditional multifamily apartments. Prior to joining Castle Park, Nick partnered with Sightway Capital, a Two Sigma Company, to structure a manufactured housing real estate investment platform. Nick acted as President and employee number 1 and was responsible for all aspects of the business. This included Acquisitions pipeline (developed a $500mm pipeline in 12mos), negotiation of contracts, due diligence, asset specific business planning as well as debt financing and third-party capital interface. Before Sightway, Nick was a C suite level executive with three mid-sized real estate investment companies where he led more than $850mm of real estate acquisitions, refinancing, and dispositions. This also included oversight of approximately 60 FTEs. For the past 10 years Nick has focused on Manufactured Housing. In total, Nick has led originations, operations and financing of ~9,500 spaces and $370mm of notional value in the MH/RV Space. Nick has strong operational skills, deep industry relationships with the proven ability to source proprietary deals.

Andrew Grieco
PARTNER, CO-HEAD OF CAPITAL FORMATION & IMPACT INVESTING
Andrew has 20+ years of experience as an investor, developing ESG and structuring debt products at Cedar Mills, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs, and Citigroup. While at Wells Fargo, Andrew grew the investment portfolio from $4Bn to $40Bn. During his time at Goldman Sachs, Andrew ran the $4BN Proprietary Tax-Exempt High Yield portfolio. While at Citi, Andrew ran workouts for all Citi Tax-Exempt Funds. Andrew is a graduate of Providence College with a B.A. in Business Management. Andrew is a Board member of the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City. In addition, Andrew spearheaded the Special Olympics Unified Sports for the Ridgewood NJ Public School system.

Christopher Cohen
PARTNER, CO-HEAD OF CAPITAL FORMATION & IMPACT INVESTING
Chris has 20+ years of experience developing ESG products and running large Fixed Income businesses at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Morgan Stanley, and most recently with Cedar Mills. Chris ran Morgan Stanley’s $140BN unsecured liquidity book in 2008, established the Morgan Stanley Bank N.A. platform, and built the Firm’s Special Situations Group while in Asia. Separately, Chris was Chief Operating Officer for both RBC Capital Markets - Canadian Fixed Income Division and the Global Macro Rates Sales & Trading Group. In addition, Chris was a senior relationship officer to key Private Equity and Hedge Fund Clients. Chris is a graduate of Fordham University with a B.A. in Economics, a member of Fordham’s Business School Board of Trustees, and serves on the Board of the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City.

Allyson Raegan
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Allyson has spent over 30 years in various roles within the property management sector. Prior to joining CPI, Allyson was a senior Vice President of Operations at Zeman Homes where she directed portfolio operations for an 8,000+ site portfolio, managed staff of up to 100+ employees, and managed a budget of $50mm+. Allyson played an integral role in Zeman’s entrance into RV Resorts/Campgrounds and led operations for five property acquisitions, including transitioning and repositioning the assets in 2021. Allyson previously held senior operations roles at American Land Lease, Inc, The Matrix Group, Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc, and Hometown America. In all property management positions, Allyson has had a track-record of cutting delinquency rates to below 2.5% upon stabilization.

Ryan Baker
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Ryan has 20+ years in property management where he has worked on the senior leadership teams for 2 of the largest NYSE publicly traded REITs in the USA. Prior to joining CPI, Ryan was the VP of Operations where he led a ~50 property portfolio, which included 20k units and a team of 500 in the West, South, and Canada. Ryan's combined experience includes leading the operations of ~200 properties, 100k units, leading 2k team members, valued at $4bn in all regions of the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Ryan earned a Certificate in Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School and a Master's & Bachelor's Degree in Business from the State University of New York.

Tommy Mulkey
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT
Tommy comes to CPI with over 20 years of real estate experience overseeing everything from asset acquisition/due diligence, to entitlement, to development, and construction. Prior to joining CPI, Tommy was a managing partner with Golden Child Holdings where he oversaw all real estate related activities including the management of over 300 restaurant assets as well as renovations, acquisitions, development, and new construction. This including heading real estate and construction for the Krystal Restaurant brand during their exit from bankruptcy after the purchase by Fortress Investment Group. This also included the design and development of the new Krystal Restaurant prototype. Before GCH, Tommy was a managing director at Parkstone Capital, overseeing the real estate rehabilitation plans for numerous projects around the country in various asset classes including MH/RV, retail, office, storage units, and apartments. Tommy started in construction in 2000 running student housing, overseeing over 10,000 bed from land purchase through development and construction to turn over to tenants

Julia Roca
Vice President of Finance
Having earned a BA in Art History, Julia spent her early career working with creative businesses in the fine arts industry while also pursuing an MBA. Julia joins CPI with special experience in startup accounting and finance, as well as Human Resources. Outside of the office Julia enjoying live music, NYC's many museums, and spending time with her family.

Steven Sirko
Vice President of Acquisitions
Steven oversees the company’s day-to-day acquisitions and deal sourcing. Prior to joining CPI, Steven spent two years in a similar role sourcing and purchasing single-family residential assets at Amherst Residential, with a specific focus on channel development. While at Amherst, Steven developed key client relationships with individual sellers, brokers and sourcing agents nationally. Steven also spent two years at Landmark Dividend as a VP of Acquisitions where he focused on purchasing many ground-lease assets, such as cell towers, solar farms, wind fields, etc. and two years at Impact Equities Group focusing on high density residential lots and buildings. Steven has experience across all asset classes within the real estate capital markets and specializes in relationship building and operations. Throughout the course of his career he has purchased over $650mm in assets. Steven holds a BS in Business from Post University and played D1 and D2 baseball as a pitcher.

Chris Gatt
Associate
Chris supports Castle Park’s acquisitions and asset management teams. Chris joined Castle Park from PGIM Real Estate where he was focused on multifamily and manufactured housing lending with the Agency Underwriting group. Chris works out of the New York City office and outside of work enjoys playing fantasy football and cornhole.

David Yacobucci
Associate
David supports Castle Park's acquisitions and asset management teams. David joined Castle Park from Colter Lewis Investment Partners where he spent time on multi-family acquisitions in the Southeast and Midwest. David works out of the New York City office and outside of work enjoys golfing, playing squash, and skiing.
